Best of Fusion Cuisine: Indian Butter Chicken Meatballs

butter chicken meatballs

I love fusion cuisine. Fusion food is the tangible example of that old expression “best of both worlds”. The globe has so many great flavors out there-amazing things can happen when we dare to combine them!

For this fusion dish I took my mom’s method of preparing Italian meatballs and paired it with a creamy and rich Indian butter chicken sauce. The results are TO DIE FOR! These butter chicken meatballs have all the homey comfort of classic meatballs but also offer the mouthwatering flavors of a restaurant style sauce.

Serve with gluten-free naan or basmati rice and top with slivered almonds and cilantro. I hope you enjoy this dish as much as we do!
